About
This course is designed for performance coaches and practitioners who want to maximise the impact they have on their athletes, teams, and organisations—without sacrificing their own well-being, relationships, or sense of who they are. Through the course, you'll explore how previous environments, experiences, and relationships have shaped your subconscious thoughts, beliefs, and narratives - how these hidden patterns influence the way you coach, lead, make decisions, and respond under pressure. Using evidence from psychology and neuroscience, you'll learn practical tools to challenge these internal narratives, reframe limiting beliefs, and build new ways of thinking and behaving that support both high performance and long-term fulfilment. This course is for you if: - You've worked hard to build a career in sport and, despite achieving what you set out to, still feel like something is missing. - You're ambitious and driven, but your current way of working doesn't feel sustainable for your health, relationships, or long-term career. - You struggle to switch off, rest, or enjoy time away from work because your value feels closely tied to your productivity and achievements. - You find yourself saying "yes" to every request, avoiding difficult conversations, or putting everyone else's needs before your own, even when it comes at a personal cost. - You pride yourself on being the dependable one who can handle everything alone, rarely asking for help, even when you're overwhelmed. - You're ready to coach in a way that allows you to sustain a high level, whilst feeling more authentic, present, and fulfilled.
